DOMINIC MCLEOD

Hello! I am Dom, and I grew up in the small town of Ojai, California. From a young age, I discovered a love and talent for art, constantly honing my skills with a pencil in hand. Growing up surrounded by surfers and nature enthusiasts, I was inspired to create art that reflected the two passions that defined me.

Drawing inspiration from various artistic styles, including t-shirt graphics, Studio Ghibli films, music posters, skateboarding, surfing, and graffiti, I worked tirelessly to develop a unique and recognizable graphic style. I wanted to create designs and illustrations that captured the essence of my community's way of life, centered around the land and sea.

With this goal in mind, I founded DomFish Designs, a creative studio specializing in creating graphics and illustrations that express a deep connection between surf culture, the great outdoors, sustainable living, people’s crafts, and the relationship between humans and the natural world. Today, my art continues to reflect my love for the natural world and the people living within it in hopes that it inspires others and their craft.
